Responsibilities

  • Development of services for automatization of the company’s internal systems;
  • Participation in development of external services (portal for customers, billing solutions).

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience of commercial development (python/php/perl/java/C/C++);
  • Also experience with SQL databases MySQL/PostgreSQL/etc;
  • Experience with Git;
  • Experience with Docker;
  • Confident knowledge of Unix systems.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience of commercial development using Go (Golang);
  • Experience with K8S;
  • Github account and participation in open source projects.

  • Support and escalation of incidents;

  • Cooperation with providers;
  • Administration of the enquiries registration system (setup, audit, data update, reporting);
  • Preparation and update of manuals.

Requirements

  • Work experience in telecom, IT;
  • English on upper intermediate level or higher;
  • Knowledge of SQL basics;
  • PC knowledge on the administrator level;
  • Telephone communication skills;
  • Literate speech both in Russian and in English;
  • Amicable attitude;
  • Stress tolerance.

Wil be a plus:

  • Experience with HelpDesk;
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
