Linxdatacenter aims to ensure not only high quality of the environment at its own DPC for equipment placement and deployment of virtual servers, but also maximum comfort for its customers. To this end, the company has set up a special customer support department — first-line technical support, operating on 24/7 basis.

Our customer support professionals speak both Russian and English; they are ready to provide necessary consulting assistance and help to promptly handle current technical and operational issues. Complicated problems are solved at the network management center, which is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Linxdatacenter data center network, and acts as second- and third-line technical support. Specialists of the network management center are maintenance engineers, authorized by Linxdatacenter partners to conduct guarantee maintenance of relevant hardware and software. Technical support is provided in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) that can be extended with additional services at the discretion of the customer.
