• Cloud services of Linxdatacenter show a 20% growth in 2021

    Linxdatacenter presented financial results of 2021: the company’s revenue reached 1.3 billion roubles, which is a 11% growth compared to 2020. 

    Linxdatacenter’s revenue growth in the cloud segment was 20% compared to the result of 2021. For the second year in row, the company demonstrates a significant revenue increase in cloud products and services.

    The Moscow segment of Linxdatacenter’s cloud passed the assessment for meeting the IT infrastructure requirements of 2nd level of personal data protection. This allowed the company to increase the security level of customers’ IT systems and expand the portfolio of services included in the personal data related projects. 

    The company also confirmed compliance of its IT infrastructure and operations with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) 3.2.1 and demonstrated high level of security of IT services and cloud solutions (IaaS) in regard to storage, processing and transfer of banking cards’ data. 

    Linxdatacenter Saint Petersburg was successfully reassessed for meeting the requirements of the Management & Operations Stamp of Approval by the Uptime Institute, once again gaining a record number of points in the process. 

    New customer portal was launched in the end of the year as one of the stages of automation of the company’s business processes. 

    Owing to the diligent efforts of Linxdatacenter’s team directed towards optimization of internal processes, the customer satisfaction index grew from 92.45% to 94.05%. 

    As part of implementation of the business development strategy, a 30% increase of the staff of Linxdatacenter is scheduled for 2022. The company also continued the graduates’ internship program for graduates aimed at professional growth of young specialists. 

    About 30% of the company’s employees developed their professional and personal competencies in 2021, having successfully passed training in the areas of product launch, software development, security, network technologies, work with Cisco, Veeam and Microsoft Azure solutions, as well as the Uptime Institute Tier Standard: Topology training course.
